Yamaha M1532 M1524 Microphone Preamp 4 Band EQ Module

These input modules came from a working mixer from a fixed installation. These modules have a very warm mike preampcirquit. They feature a Tamura GA80980 300/2.7K Ohm input transformer to warm and fatten things up. They also have a Yamaha NE80200 Op-Amp. They sound a lot like a PM-2000. A little more air than the PM-1000. Very warm and up front sounding. The EQ is a lot more sophisticated than the PM-1000's EQ. It's a four band with selectable frequencies on the lows, mid bass and high mids all on concentric knobs with the boost/cut knobs. So there are a total of 7 controls on the EQ + an 80hz high pass filter switch. These will make wonderful mic pre EQ channel strips for your Protools and other DAW rigs or to tape. Or as a replacement/spare for your M1524 or M1532 mixer, A very affordable alternative and fairly easy to rack and power if you have a little experience. The fader is included but the whole fader section can be removed with a few screw and by unplugging a small multi pin cable.
